Why is STARCAMP not on in my school?

STARCAMP is now successfully in it's third year, each year we are growing significantly , so if we are not in your location yet and you think that we should be - please feel free to get in touch with us at www.starcamp.ie and it will be reviewed for next year.

What do I wear to camp?

We will supply a STARCAMP T-shirt, and it is best to wear something comfortable and easy to dance in - perhaps
tracksuit bottoms / leggings (no jeans as they are not suitable for dance) Soft-soled shoes i.e. trainers.

What do I bring?

A packed lunch and a drink.

Do many boys attend the course?

Absolutely. Many of our requests have been from boys who are really interested in it!

Are students supervised at all times?

Yes students are supervised at all times between 9:30am and 2:30pm.

Can I attend on my own?

Of course you can! We will be creating smaller groups end ensuring everyone will get to know each other through our games and activities.

Do I need to have experience or talent?

Not at all! STARCAMP caters for all levels of experience and
ability. The aim of STARCAMP is to create an atmosphere without inhibitions. It is there to provide positive integration amongst participants, it is about the building of self esteem and most importantly - letting children know just how wonderful they really are! To bring out the star in you!
